Responsibilities
As Pricing & Data Science Manager, you will lead a team of Pricing and Data Analysts responsible for analysing market dynamics, customer behaviour, and sales trends across multiple markets and channels. Using a combination of data science, pricing analytics, competitive intelligence, and experimentation, you will continuously optimise pricing strategies and commercial policies. You will work closely with commercial, technology, marketing, and category teams to translate data into actionable business decisions. This role offers significant commercial influence and the opportunity to further develop advanced pricing capabilities within a highly entrepreneurial eCommerce environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Pricing & Data Analysts. Define and implement pricing strategies across multiple countries, channels, and marketplaces. Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to identify pricing opportunities. Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, demand trends, and competitive dynamics. Optimise automated pricing methodologies for products and bundled offerings. Design, execute, and evaluate pricing experiments and pricing tests. Develop new pricing approaches and contribute to the advancement of pricing science within the organisation. Identify commercial opportunities and risks through data analysis and market intelligence. Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, technology, and operational functions. Drive continuous improvements in analytics, reporting, pricing models, and decision-making processes. Support profitable growth through data-driven optimisation of conversion, revenue, and margin performance.

Qualifications
We are looking for a highly analytical commercial professional with a strong interest in pricing, data science, and eCommerce. Experience University degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline. Master's degree is considered an advantage. Approximately 2-5 years of experience within Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related commercial environment. Experience within eCommerce, retail, marketplaces, distribution, or digitally driven organisations is highly desirable. Previous leadership or coaching experience is an advantage. Expertise Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities. Ability to identify patterns, trends, and commercial opportunities from large datasets. Experience with pricing optimisation and commercial performance analysis. Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making processes. Experience with Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools is considered a strong advantage. Ability to translate complex analyses into practical business recommendations.
