Responsibilities
As Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing pricing strategies across a large and dynamic product portfolio and a diverse customer base.
Working closely with Sales, Procurement, Commercial Excellence, and Data teams, you will ensure pricing becomes a key driver of commercial success. You will translate data and market insights into practical recommendations that improve revenue, profitability, and customer value perception.
A key focus of the role will be harmonizing and integrating different pricing approaches into a consistent and scalable pricing framework. You will help establish clear pricing processes, governance, and performance metrics while supporting a more data-driven pricing culture across the organization.
In addition, you will contribute to the development of a dedicated Pricing Team, helping define future structures, responsibilities, and capabilities together with senior commercial leadership.
This is a highly visible and hands-on role that combines strategic thinking, analytical depth, stakeholder management, and change leadership. By leveraging data, analytics, market intelligence, and emerging technologies including AI, you will drive continuous improvement in pricing performance and decision-making.

- Strengthen collaboration between Sales, Procurement, Data, and Commercial teams.
- Support the development and growth of the Pricing Team.
- Drive pricing governance and contribute to organizational change initiatives.
