The Opportunity
As Head of Revenue Management, you will be the architect of our pricing and revenue strategy. You’ll lead the development of scalable, automated pricing models, introduce yield management techniques, and foster a data-driven commercial culture. Your insights will directly influence our bottom line — and you’ll be a key sparring partner to the CEO.

Your Impact
    • Define and execute our pricing and revenue roadmap, with a focus on automation and scalability.
    • Build and lead a high-performing revenue team, coaching talent and driving analytical excellence.
    • Develop dynamic pricing models that balance revenue, margin, volume, customer value, and competition.
    • Introduce forecasting and yield management strategies tailored to products, destinations, and customer segments.
    • Champion data-driven decision-making across departments including marketing, tech, finance, and customer service.
    • Bring a revenue-first mindset to the entire organization.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree (WO) in Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management within a fast-paced, transactional environment (e.g. travel, retail, hospitality).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Proven experience in building teams, processes, and tools from the ground up.
  • Comfortable switching between strategic vision and operational detail.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
